Called Bank of America today, wanted to see if they had uploaded the third party authorization form. They did, so they can talk to me. The loan my Sellers have is an FHA loan; FHA cannot go through the Equator system… Bank of America REALLY!!
This one will have to be done long hand…. with the fax machine.
