Title Company

A Title Company is an important part of the short sale process.  Having an escrow officer that understands the short sale process and what to do when things get bummpy …… that is something you can’t put a price on.  I use Great American Title Agency, Carolyn Hubbard is the Branch Manager and she and her staff…. KNOW their stuff… this is so IMPORTANT… I can’t stress how important it is.

When something goes wrong we can all work together to get it undone and back on the right track.

The staff has great training, Nicole answers the phone and she is Fantastic! If I need something she is right on top of it. 

This is why I use them for MY short sales, they are part of our TEAM. Everyone on the Team has to work together to get a short sale closed.
